Keto Buffalo Chicken Calzone Recipe

Buffalo Chicken Calzone


Serves: 2
Time: 15 minutes
Macros: 887 Calories/12.5g Net carbs/59g Fat/52g Protein


Ingredients:


3 cups Shredded Chicken (cooked)
8oz Cream Cheese
1 1/4 cup Grated Mozzarella
1/2 cup Ranch
1/3 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
2 CarbZone Tortilla Wraps






Method:


Add cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ranch and buffalo sauce to a saucepan
Increase heat on stove and mix until melted and combined
Add chicken and mix
Place half the mixture on half of a tortilla
Fold tortilla over and press edges firmly with a fork to seal
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top and bake until cheese is melted
