90 second keto bread recipe

90 Second Keto Bread


Serves: 1
Time: 90 seconds 'bake'/2 minutes to toast
Macros: 264 Calories/1g Net Carbs/22.8g Fat/10.8g Protein


Ingredients:


1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 1/4 tbsp Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Grated Cheese


Method:

Melt butter in microwave safe dish
Whisk in all ingredients
Microwave 90 seconds
Cool for 1-2 minutes
Slice in to 4 circles
Toast until desired
