Ingredients:
111g Almond Flour196g Grated Mozzarella
2/3 tbsp Baking Powder
43g Cream Cheese
1.5 Eggs
Method:
Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowlCombine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave 2 minutes stirring half way through
Combine all ingredients
Knead until a dough forms
Divide into 4
Form bagel shape on baking paper
Bake for 12-15 minutes
