90 Second Keto Bread


Serves: 1
Time: 90 seconds 'bake'/2 minutes to toast
Macros: 264 Calories/1g Net Carbs/22.8g Fat/10.8g Protein


Ingredients:


1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 1/4 tbsp Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Grated Cheese


Method:

Melt butter in microwave safe dish
Whisk in all ingredients
Microwave 90 seconds
Cool for 1-2 minutes
Slice in to 4 circles
Toast until desired

Fathead Keto Bagel Recipe

Serves: 4
Time: 10 minutes preparation/12-15 minutes cooking
Macros: 378 Calories/3.7g Net carbs/31g Fat/19g Protein 

Ingredients:

111g Almond Flour
196g Grated Mozzarella
2/3 tbsp Baking Powder
43g Cream Cheese
1.5 Eggs

Method:

Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl
Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave 2 minutes stirring half way through
Combine all ingredients
Knead until a dough forms
Divide into 4
Form bagel shape on baking paper
Bake for 12-15 minutes
